Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Sherpa Coaching is home to a team of world-leading educators and researchers.

Since 2004, Sherpa has trained and certified coaches worldwide.

The training program is based on Sherpa’s classic text: 'The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching'.

Sherpa conducts the longest-running market research in coaching. Results are available at no charge, for the betterment of executive coaching.

Based on "the most detailed process in print," Sherpa Coaching provides coaching services through a global network, and offers workshops and training programs to refine leadership skills.
